EDC -1500

Electrostatic dust collector for particle-containing or aerosol-containing gas flows up to 90m³/h. A fluid wall protects the ground electrode from deposition of particles. The electrode is equipped with an automatic self cleaning mechanism which reduces the risk of exhaust blockage and can be used with the most abatement devices.

Operation Principle

The waste gas is flowing into a tank, which is equipped with nozzles for prescrubbing. Then the saturate gas is flowing into the electrostatic dust collector tube. In the first part of this tube the gas will be ionised, in the second part all particles are taken into a grounded water film. The electrostatic collector reduce particle emission even the verry fine particles up to 99,9%. The filtered fine dust is suspended in the scrubber solution. This system can be equipped with an optional pressure controlled fan and an optional lye supply system.

Maximum Process Gas Flows

wet scrubber and EDC combiantion for higher particle concentrations possible

precipitation rate up to 99,9%
